Dear Brethren,

Grace and peace from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Here is a quick update about my work for the months of July and August 2023.

DUSSELDORF:

The Church in Dusseldorf started the second half of the year very well. All of my proposed programs were unanimously accepted and have since been initiated. From 1st July 2023, the Church has started Mid-Week Bible Studies on Wednesdays. Bring Your Friends Day is on the first Sunday of every month. A Ladies Class is on the first Saturday of every month A Youth Class on second Saturday of every month and a Men's Training Class on first and third Saturdays of every month. Interestingly, the Wednesday Mid-Week Bible Studies on Zoom is being attended by some brethren in the U.K., Sweden, Bulgaria, and some cities in Germany.

TRAVELS

One of the three families who travelled to Ghana for summer holidays has returned while we still look forward to the return of the other two. Bro. Derick Obeng who used to worship at Nsawam Rd. Church in Accra has move to Cologne, Germany. He has since been worshipping with Dusseldorf.

PICNIC:

On 19th August, the Church had a picnic at a part in Centre of Essen. The brethren invited friends who are not members of the Church. There were varieties of games, foods and soft drinks.

WEDDING:

Brother Clement went to Ghana in July to get married to a Christian sister at Kumasi.

SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS:

Sunday school teachers resource classes were held on 25th July and 29th August.

STOCKHOLM:

The Stockholm Church of Christ has changed her Sunday worship time to 8:00 A.M. to enable me meet with them before meeting with the Dusseldorf church.

FAMILY:

We are doing well. Currently we are living at temporary place and still searching for an apartment to rent.
