Deonté Watkins

“The Blessed Man” (Psalm 1)

Deonté is originally from Atlanta, Georgia but currently resides in Memphis, Tennessee where he serves as the Young Adult minister at the Holmes Road Church of Christ. He attended Harding School of Theology where he earned a Master of Divinity degree. Deonté and his wife, Jessa, have been married since 2017. They have two daughters, Everie (4) and Farrah (1). Deonte became a Christian in college at the age of 19 and which is where he felt called to go into ministry. Deonté aspires to serve in God's kingdom through preaching, missions, and apologetics. His favorite Bible verse is Matthew 22:37-40. He enjoys exercising, sports, family time, and studying God's word.
